The ideal candidate will possess:
the ability to provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions
one to three (1-3) years of customer service or inside sales experience
basic computer/order entry skills
experience in the flooring industry is a plus
ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
ability to lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis

Key Responsibilities
Receive and enter orders resolve challenges track orders and shipments process returns
Provide assistance to walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions
Basic cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of showroom areas
Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
