Job Title: Customer Services / Sales

Job Summary:

Local based and family-owned company is seeking an entry level FullTime sales rep Monday through Saturday with occasional Sundays. Company is willing to train.

Job Description:

Answer incoming phone calls.

• Answer emails and any text received.

Greet and assist customers with any questions.

Take orders/quotes from customers.

Create refunds and returns for customers.

Process orders in the system and post payments accurately.

Call vendors in search of prices & availability of products. Keep customers updated with their orders.

Open and close out their register at the end of every day.

Restock and price incoming inventory.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties such as store cleaning.

Comply with handbook policies.

• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Bilingual: English & Spanish Basic computer skills
