Job Summary
When required/as needed responsible for the supervision of collection and counting of currency and chips derived from gaming devices. Also responsible for balancing the completed count generating daily reports training and direction of count team members.

Be prepared with the knowledge and skill required to be responsive to guests and team members needs and questions.
protection of extremely large amounts of currency ensuring prevention of loss by providing extreme care and attention to detail.
team members are ready with their scheduled daily assignments for drop and count positions and have all required supplies.
in slot drop by collecting currency derived from gaming devices in accordance with established procedures.
a mechanically assisted count of the contents of the table and bill validator boxes. Accurately count and tray chips from poker drop boxes.
procedures and proper controls are followed to protect counted receipts.
awareness of changes and/or problems which may affect the security of the currency in the Count Room and report observances to the Count Room Supervisor.
and reconcile total funds to ensure the integrity of the count.
all post-drop functions and process funds as per procedures. Prepare funds with proper documentation for transfer of funds to the Main Bank.
computer system effectively generating master gaming reports bill validator reports and delivering all information to revenue audit properly.
other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
Demonstrated ability to accurately account for large amounts of cash
Must be able to generate daily reports and troubleshoot variances related to the daily table games and bill validator drop counts.
Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures set forth by the Missouri Gaming Commission as it relates to the drop and count.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and direct team members in daily assignments.
