Full-Time Flexible Scheduling Free Clinical Supervision
Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. If you have a Bachelors in Psychology Social Work or a related field and want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
- Deliver prevention intervention and reintegration services to youth and families
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits
- Mentor caregivers in parenting
- Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings
- Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles
What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong communication and tech skills
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Empathy active listening and critical thinking skills
