Qualifications

In this role you will serve as a key operational leader and mentor within our warehousing team driving both program excellence and individual transformation. You will:

• Drive Warehousing & Logistics Operations: Serve as a trade specialist leading daily warehousing delivery installation and general construction activities within Utah Correctional Industries.

• Lead & Supervise Work Crews: Function as a first-line supervisor/foreman directing and mentoring inmate work crews and staff to achieve high-quality project and program goals.

• Empower Pre-Release Offenders: Provide hands-on vocational training skill development and valuable work experience to offenders in the pre-release program preparing them for successful workforce reintegration.

• Champion Safety & Security Standards: Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental guidelines maintaining rigorous adherence to OSHA EPA and correctional security standards.

• Optimize Operational Excellence: Inspect materials and products monitor production standards track operational data (time production cost records) and deliver reports that drive program success.
