• Negotiate and draft high-stakes agreements ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments to identify potential legal issues and provide actionable solutions.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex corporate transactions from inception to completion.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience drafting various legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience working in a global law firm or with multinational clients.
