Corporate Staff Accountant

Kahlig Auto Groupis seeking a motivatedperson with initiative and positive attitude to join ourexpanding accounting team.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Record vehicle sales
2. Review paperwork on vehicle deals from various vehicle sales departments
3. Review paperwork from the finance and insurance department
4. Prepare commission vouchers for sales consultants
5. Ensure the office space is kept neat and clean at all times
6. Fully coordinate and communicate work with appropriate associates at WSL
7. Prepare payments to customers and vendors pertaining to new vehicle deals
8. Title all vehicles issue plates and register
9. Reconcile contracts in transit and payoff related schedules
10. Assist customers and sales personnel in billing and titling issues
11. Assist other billing and titling personnel during their absence
12. Prepare sales commission summaries for payroll
13. Maintain petty cash
14. Reconcile vehicle schedules

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. May participate in or support project and process improvement teams.
