A premier global law firm is seeking a Corporate & Securities Associate Attorney to join its Philadelphia office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing public companies in sophisticated securities capital markets and corporate governance matters.

23 years of corporate securities or capital markets experience gained at a sophisticated law firm

Experience representing public companies in ongoing corporate and securities matters

Experience advising clients regarding corporate governance SEC reporting securities law compliance and public company disclosure obligations

Experience with capital markets transactions including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities

Strong working knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934

Experience drafting and reviewing registration statements periodic SEC filings proxy statements board materials and other securities-related documents

Experience working collaboratively on sophisticated public company representations

Strong drafting analytical organizational and communication skills

Outstanding academic credentials and a commitment to excellence

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Pennsylvania bar admission required

Premier global corporate and securities practice

Exposure to sophisticated public company and capital markets matters

Significant client interaction and responsibility
