Responsibilities Daily duties include facilitating the full cycle recruiting process: posting job advertisements; sourcing talent interviewing screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; job offer development and negotiations; conducting employment and reference checks; and various other recruiting activities. Establish effective relationships with internal business partners internal employees applying for positions and external candidates. Monitor recruiting-related data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) track metrics and respond to data inquiries with accuracy and a sense of urgency. Maintain sourcing and referral network with operations and external resources. Provide weekly and monthly reporting of recruitment activities. Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and customer focus. Provide consultative problem-solving support for challenging staffing needs. Proactively develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions. Utilize established digital talent communities to develop talent pipeline. Leverage social media to promote job postings and proactively source candidates. Serve as a subject matter expert around applicant tracking system candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior & personal integrity.
