Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiterwith 3-5 years of recruiting experienceto support Olssons Data Center teams within our Technology Market. This role supports hiringtalent to work onlargescale data center and missioncritical facility projects where priorities shift quickly timelines are tight and talent needs evolve rapidly.You will work closely with engineering and project leaders to recruit for highly specialized technical positions including Mechanical ElectricalControlsand Structural Engineering as well as Facility Commissioning QA/QC and other critical facility roles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical leadership to develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment effortsincludingsourcing and engaging niche technical talent coordinating andfacilitatinginterviewsadvisingandsupporting hiring managers through final candidate selection managing offer discussions and overseeing preemployment steps to ensure smooth andtimely onboarding.
• Build and maintainstrong relationships with candidatesand leaders ensuring an inclusive and positive experience for all stakeholders.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for finding talent in a competitive market along withcreative problemsolvingto keep pace with project timelines.

We are looking for someone with technical recruiting experience who thrives in afast-pacedhigh-demandsetting. Strong organization clear communication and the ability tothink outside the boxare essential. You will play a critical role in keeping our Technology Market teams staffed and ready to deliver complex data center projects across the country.

• A bachelors degree in human resources business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience ideally in fast-paced or rapidly changing environments.
• Agency recruiting experience supporting engineering or other technical disciplines preferred.
• Strong business acumen enabling you to quickly understand project priorities and guide recruitment decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal problem-solving and decision-making skills allowing you to stay composed think ahead and pivot quickly in a high volume high-speed recruiting environment.
