Youll be a strategic advisor and hands-on recruiter driving search strategies engaging top talent and partnering closely with leaders to deliver strong hiring role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys both collaboration and ownership and brings a confident solutions-driven approach to FunctionsLead full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitionsfrom sourcing through and communicate effectively at all levels partnering with HR and hiring leaders to understand business strategic guidance and support to meet talent consultative intake calls deliver weekly status updates assess risks and drive search strategies to hiring manager needs and role source talent through a variety of tools and platforms including social a consistent and engaging candidate with team members to share talent insights and best accurate candidate records in current on recruiting compliance including EEO guidelines pay transparency laws and internal hiring key recruiting metrics to predict staffing needs and build effective reassess and refine recruiting plans methods tools and sound judgment independently and know when to escalate and support hiring leaders throughout the interview and onboarding Flow Control Groups brand and culture to prospective and build relationships within passive talent pools for future hiring of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience MUST have experience working industrial/distribution rolesProven success partnering with executive and senior-level consultative approach and ability to manage multiple priorities interpersonal and communication skills to navigate a dynamic learning agility and curious and driven to solve problems and build mindset with the ability to form new relationships maturitycredible composed and confident in to challenge ideas constructively and receive feedback with under pressure and steady in high-stakes with a strong track record of identifying issues creating plans and following using an ATS; iCIMS experience is a DetailsVery occasional travel required (e.g. job fairs onsite visits to brand locations or recruiting events).Variable compensation available and paid quarterlyAt FCG we value curiosity grit and a collaborative spirit.
