All analysts hiredintoMidlandwill be a part of the C&IB Development Program.In addition to structured training within the line of business this program includes enterprise-wide and C&IB-specific classroom training that is both soft-skill and technical.

Performs orassistthe core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g. deal sales process support internal or external customer interaction or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.
