As the Specialist for Corporate & Retail Events youll be the go-to person for planning and executing internal meetings and eventswhether in-person hybrid or virtual. Youll manage logistics from start to finish support larger-scale events and collaborate with teams to creatememorable experiences. What youll do
- Lead planning and execution for small to mid-sized internal events
- Coordinate logistics like registration catering transportation and AV support
- Support large-scale events as part of a collaborative planning team
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal partners
- Stay curiousexplore new tech and best practices to keep events fresh
- Travel for events and occasionally work evenings or weekends
Basic qualifications
- 1 years of experience in meeting or event planning
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Cvent
- Graphic design skills
