Reporting closely to senior leadership this individual will partner with executive stakeholders and private equity sponsors to identify evaluate and execute acquisition opportunities that strengthen Lexitas market role is ideal for a proven M&A professional who thrives in fastpaced environments brings strong financial acumen and enjoys working crossfunctionally to move complex transactions from sourcing through integration. You will be deeply involved in financial modeling due diligence deal execution and postacquisition performance analyticsmaking a direct and visible impact on Lexitas continued is a rapidly growing national provider of legal and corporate support services including court reporting medical record retrieval process service and legal talent. Built on a foundation of trust professionalism and innovation Lexitas delivers customized solutions with unmatched personal service to clients across the U.S. and RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for potential acquisition target company economics including cost structure margin trends and growth indepth customer cohort retention and profitability analysis for acquisition and coordinate the full acquisition process including collaboration with thirdparty legal accounting and diligence existing deal sourcing strategies while developing new pipelines to expand M&A closely with Lexitas executive leadership and Apax team members throughout the transaction acquisition assessment evaluation and internal investment committee with adhoc financial analysis related to the core business and strategic postacquisition integration performance tracking and financial reporting including budgeting and organized documentation and archival of all M&A tools processes and strategies to improve efficiency and consistency in M&A evaluation and the confidentiality of medical records and ensure full compliance with HIPAA and all applicable local state and federal other duties as assigned in support of corporate growth YOULL BRING:A positive collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational ethical judgment and the ability to handle highly confidential information with attention to detail with strong organizational and project management analytical problemsolving and strategic thinking to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and perform under working independently while also influencing outcomes through crossfunctional proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of MS Office acumen paired with a customerfocused and resultsoriented approach.A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset aligned with Lexitas core values of Service Excellence Integrity Innovation Respect Teamwork and :High School Diploma degree in Accounting Finance or a related field from an accredited fouryear college required; high academic achievement strongly preferred.5 years of M&A transaction advisory experience in investment banking accounting strategy consulting or a related corporate development understanding of market research financial analysis and data analytics ability to lead complex analyses while balancing both strategic and tactical execution.A demonstrated blend of analytical rigor and creative RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisor SKILLSAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
