The Corp Dev Integration Analyst will partner with Apples Corporate Development team to deliver the successful integration of acquired companies globally. For each acquisition this person will contribute to multiple integration work streams build integration plans review data identify issues and drive decisions while coordinating with experts throughout Apple.

Conduct due diligence and decision making as a member of the core deal team to support integration planningnParticipate in the end-to-end integration process from performing due diligence creating an integration plan and organizing Day OnenTrack and document post-close integration activities until final completionnEstablish integration approach for smaller acquisitions and assist on larger more complex transactionsnIdentify roles and responsibilities for cross-functional integration team membersnCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering HR Legal IT Real Estate Operations Corporate Communications Marketing Finance and Tax to define and execute the integration plannActively recognize integration risks and solve cross-functional issuesnAct as central point of contact for integration information for our partners across Apple
