Position Overview: The Corporate Controller will own the companys accounting operations month-end close financial reporting process improvements and integration activities. The ideal candidate is technically strong detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting leader to take ownership of the accounting function and play a key role in shaping its future within the Finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee journal entries reconciliations and financial reporting activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Lead technical accounting matters and serve as the primary point of contact for audit coordination
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance Operations and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Lead acquisition integration and accounting process alignment initiatives
• Drive process improvements automation and scalability within the accounting function
• Own internal controls and compliance activities including risk assessment and remediation
• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial analysis projects partnering with FP&A and executive leadership
• Manage and develop accounting team members providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• 10 years of progressive accounting experience including prior people-management experience
• CPA designation required
• Prior Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Combination of public accounting and corporate industry experience preferred
• Experience within IT services technology SaaS consulting or managed services industries is considered a strong asset
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and internal controls
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced high-growth environment
• Strong communication organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to operate independently and make sound judgment calls with minimal oversight
