Job Description:

• We are seeking a mid-senior level corporate associate with four - six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group in any
  of our Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco) Seattle Santa Monica
  New York or Washington D.C. offices.
• Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance disclosure governance and exchange matters as well as representing either issuers or investment
  banks in capital market transactions including IPOs SPACs direct listings and follow-on offerings. Also experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral written and interpersonal skills are
  required .
• We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
