*Specific Duties:*	Knowledge & Experience in handling different types of Corporate Actions Mandatory/ Voluntary event set up Instructions Processing (Voluntary CA) Entitlement calculation & postings on Ex Date/ Expiration Date Payment processing on Payable Date Stock and Cash Reconciliation of Corporate Actions Claim processing Daily Reconciliation
*Experience*	Relevant experience should be 1 year. 1.5-3 years of total experience. Should have managed operations for international client.
*Skills / competency requirements*	Commerce Graduate Should be flexible to work in shifts & cover US working hours Experience in managing operations for international clients Must be aware of the impact of Corporate Action Excellent in MS Office communication skills inter-personal skills
