We are seeking a Corporate Accounting Assistant for our Mount Pleasant Support Center who is detail-oriented enjoys new challenges and is self-motivated. This position will have the potential after training is completed to share work hours between the office and working remotely from home.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Aid the Corporate Accountant as needed
• Scan and input invoices into the system for approval
• Prepare deposits and post cash receipts into into Accounts Receivable program
• Help prepare various spreadsheets and verify data for monthly billings
• Submit Accounts Receivable invoices for payment to various companies
• Download monthly bank statements clear checks electronic payments deposits
• Maintain files (both paper and electronic)

You Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent time management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Accounting experience
