Job Description
Prepare and support quarterly and annual SEC filings including Forms 10-Q 10-K and Proxy Statements.
Assist with month-end close activities and consolidated financial reporting.
Prepare account reconciliations using BlackLine.
Support financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Assist with lease accounting administration and equity compensation accounting.
Partner with accounting FP&A tax legal and operational teams across the organization.
Prepare schedules supporting quarterly reviews and annual external audits.
Assist with SOX compliance internal controls and audit remediation efforts.
Support tax projects including income tax provisions and various tax filings.
Participate in special projects that improve accounting processes and financial reporting.
Help support ERP-related accounting processes and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting.
4 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
CPA license preferred.
SEC reporting experience for a publicly traded company preferred.
Public accounting experience preferred.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
JD Edwards or Oracle ERP experience preferred.
