Were currently looking for a Field Service Technician whos part problem-solver part tech whisperer and all-around customer service hero. If you enjoy working with your hands troubleshooting mechanical issues and helping customers get back up and running we want to meet you.

Whether you already have copier experience or come from automotive appliance repair cable installation HVAC electronics or another mechanical/technical background were open to training the right person with the right attitude.

What Youll Do

- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair office technology equipment including copiers printers and multifunction devices
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
- Install and configure equipment at customer locations
- Provide excellent customer support during onsite visits
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates clearly
- Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently
- Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team

What Were Looking For

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer and networking knowledge is a plus
- Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
