Coordinator, Warehouse

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator will also be responsible for the following tasks: Managing the flow of stock into and out of the warehouse. Extending duties to proper review and filing of Receipts/Picks/Returns/Restocks/Inquiries. Additionally the Coordinator should be able to utilize in a timely manner the Oracle order processing system to assist each area Supervisor as directed. Must work independently and proactively while clearly communicating to management any key customer service or system with receiving and shipping personnel in the processing of Reimbursements 3^rd party receipts Quarantine loads into the Oracle system. Training compliance for the facility will be overseen by the Coordinator addition to Inventory discrepancies the Coordinator will be relied upon as an Oracle inventory subject matter expert reporting to the Inventory/Returns Supervisor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist Inventory Supervisor with daily inventory tasks: Discrepancy reconciliation Inquiries PODs Restock/No Restock justification etc.
• Operate forklift or other equipment as required in the movement of material within the distribution center. Complete a daily vehicle inspection report prior to operating any equipment. Responsible for the proper charging of the vehicles after use. May perform routine preventative maintenance as required.
• Manage the daily pick wave. Sorting orders and delivering to the Shipping Supervisor. Ability to recognize issues during sorting and escalating with the proper parties to avoid negative impacts to the pick floor.
• Assist Receiving Supervisor with receiving inbounds into Oracle. Also problem solve receipt issues to find the proper resolution.
• Check and manage the facility training obligations to remain in compliance.
• Train all new Specialists and perform performance spot checks within first 90 days.
• Be the SME for returns/restocks available and ready for all audits/inspections.
• Maintain professional communications with Customers Customer Service and Management while processing and reviewing Returns.
• Enter in productivity data weekly.
• Assist with replenishments to maintain picking productivity.
• Vendor invoice review and reconciliation for payment.
• Review and track facility licensing monthly to ensure licenses are valid and being renewed with Distribution Admin.
• Flex hours to assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Accuracy attention to detail and neatness is expected.
• Process waste manifests and interact with Inventory Manager in a clear and professional manner.
• Work independently and proactively. Clearly communicate with management and department personnel on key issues regarding returns processing.
• Adhere to all good manufacturing practices Food and Drug guidelines and Drug Enforcement Laws.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Work in teams as designated. (i.e. Safety 5S Lean etc)
• Flexibility to travel to other network facilities to assist with day-to-day operations in emergency situations.

Knowledge Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Must have good verbal and written skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Current forklift certification is required; stand-up forklift preferred
• Motorized (electric) pallet jack certification is a plus
• Must have strong Oracle knowledge
• Proficiency in Word Excel and Outlook preferred

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years warehousing experience (can be a combination of customer service/customer facing job experience).
• Oracle experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age

Travel Requirements

• Typically requires travel less than 10% of the time

• While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
• Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
