Coordinator, Sourcing – Asset Sales

Responsible for coordinating the liquidation re-allocation and disposal of Universal Orlando Resort assets. Organizes and executes Lost and Found Team Member sales activities maintains asset tracking records and prepares reporting related to asset recovery and disposition. Ensures compliance with company policies procedures and applicable regulatory requirements while supporting operational and financial objectives.

• Partner and coordinate with field teams vendors and internal stakeholders to arrange pickup disposal liquidation or re-allocation of assets.
• Track incoming and outgoing assets and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate collection and processing of Lost and Found items and prepare items for disposition through approved partners.
• Prepare reports support leadership reviews and participate in asset recovery initiatives with operational departments.
• Conduct field assessments to identify potential asset recovery opportunities and support inventory accuracy.
• Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 2 years of experience in asset sales asset recovery security operations inventory control logistics or related business operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Knowledge of department administration safety procedures Microsoft Office applications data entry procedures filing systems reporting and planning/scheduling.
• Strong organizational communication and recordkeeping skills required.
