Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY:
To provide support to Managers / Directors in daily assistance of all administrative aspects of the sales process with clients as well as the coordination of tradeshows collateral materials and travel arrangements.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with Directors and Managers to generate contracts proposals and any additional client correspondence needed to assist with conducting business for groups at all the Universal Orlando Resort (UOR) Hotels.
- Services as a conduit between Hotels Revenue Management UOR Marketing Managers / Directors and clients in terms of communication as needed.
- Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of a site inspection for Managers/Directors including but not limited to Guest Room Reservations Amenity Requests Transportation and Ticketing.
- Coordinates and processes reports entertainment requests travel requisitions and expense reports.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Associate degree (AA) or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of sales experience is preferred in a clerical or office environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
