Job Summary
Responsible for managing the VIP journey with property marketing teams utilizing relationships and technology for the Atlantic City Region. Starting Salary $50000
Responsibilities
Liaison with the Director of Player Services and Casino Marketing leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Responsible for adequately maintaining inventory levels and purchasing for the Casino Marketing teams
Maintains communication and ensures the Casino Marketing and Player Development teams are updated regarding promotions and property events.
Coordinate with Hotel teams for VIP customer interests and ensure that customer expectations are met
Assists with the resolution of discrepancies with corporate and regional marketing programs
Analyze and track event success and pacing for the Atlantic City region
Recommend cross-sell and up-sell opportunities/journeys from retail to online and vice-versa
Monitor reporting for Comp discrepancies
Assist with reports on MOs and department goals
Assists with the rewards programs for Casino Marketing and Player Development
Deliver against our Responsible Gaming protocols.
Responsible for submissions and follow-up via our internal ticketing system for completion (Caesars Now/ Maximo)
Working within the marketing and internal compliance teams to ensure compliance of all required trainings etc.
May assist with other job duties as assigned.
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to sit stand or walk for long periods of time
Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways or escalator
Responds to visual and aural cues
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
Must be able to maneuver around office and property.
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum three years experience in related field.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office software and knowledge of CMS.
Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills along with a willingness to present ideas in a group setting.
Demonstrated ability to work as a team collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property initiatives and effective day to day operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and write English fluently and to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
