Coordinator of Visit Experience

Position Summary
The Coordinator of Visit Experience serves as the operational lead for campus visit programs admissions events and student visitor experience initiatives. Providing direct support to the Director of Visit Experience this position oversees the daily execution of visit operations develops student leaders coordinates large-scale events and partners with departments across the university to create welcoming organized inclusive and engaging experiences for prospective students and their families. The role also entails building trainings for all students on the topics of professionalism public speaking skills and polished behaviors for the workforce and visitor facing environment. The Coordinator of Visit Experience must have the ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with students faculty administrators staff and the public. It is critical that the coordinator possesses and utilizes excellent customer service as it relates to hosting campus guests the ability to support and plan large-scale events and has an eye for detail.

Required Qualifications
Associates degree. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to multi-task. Mentorship skills for college-age students. Strong organizational skills with a focus on details. Excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in event planning. Experience working in higher education or a related field. Knowledge of and commitment to the mission of La Salle University.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree Knowledge of marketing best practices in higher education related to enrollment advancement and institutional branding. Previous experience working in a higher education environment. Strong customer service orientation and experience in developing recruiting and communication strategies. Previous experience developing trainings for young people working in guest relations or providing tours. Previous experience using Technolutions Slate CRM .
