Job Summary
Primoris Energy Services Corp is seeking a Coordinator I Project Support Site Services in Hubbard TX to provide administrative and logistical support for large-scale industrial construction projects. This entry-level position assists with workforce mobilization site operations facility coordination and day-to-day project support activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and eager to learn while supporting project personnel and site leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site services activities to support project operations and workforce needs.
- Support employee onboarding activities including orientation scheduling badging and site access requirements.
- Assist with coordinating lodging transportation and travel arrangements for project personnel as needed.
- Help maintain workforce rosters contact lists and personnel tracking logs.
- Assist with tracking and distributing office supplies PPE and other site resources.
- Support the maintenance of project facilities including office trailers break areas and meeting spaces.
- Coordinate and document site services requests escalating issues to Site Services leadership as needed.
- Assist with organizing project meetings safety events and workforce communications.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy project records and documentation.
- Prepare spreadsheets reports and tracking logs to support site operations.
- Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and project personnel regarding site services activities.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry filing scanning copying and document management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and project information.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of project operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 02 years of experience in administrative support logistics site services workforce coordination or construction administration preferred.
- Previous experience in a construction industrial or office environment is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Outlook and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow established procedures.
- Dependable professional and willing to learn new skills.
Work Environment
- Primarily site-based working from a project field office and active construction environment.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and industrial construction site activities.
- Ability to work overtime weekends or adjusted schedules as required by project needs.
- Must be able to maintain a professional presence and effectively interact with employees vendors subcontractors and project stakeholders.
