About the role:
The Coordinator Delegated Vendor Management works closely with stakeholders to support various project/program related tasks of varying sizes as well as individual work on small scale projects related to Oscars delegated vendors.
You will report into the Director Network Contracting.
Work Location:This is a remote position open to candidates who reside in: Atlanta Georgia or Dallas Texas. You will be fully remote; however our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $67813 - $89004per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits participation in Oscars unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee program implementation including configuration testing and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
- Manage inbound escalations validate the issue identify root cause and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
- Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
- Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience
Bonus points:
- Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience with ticketing system (such as Jira)
- Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance
- Experience using analytical tools including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
