Play a key role in ensuring all major sporting competitions and entertainment events are staffed
Leverage your organisational skills to contribute to a streamlined and effective scheduling process
Collaborate with a dedicated team of operational professionals to ensure an excellent overall guest experience
THE POSITION
Develop and manage schedules rosters and resource allocation plans to ensure optimal workforce utilization and meet service demand across multiple venues.
Identify opportunities to optimize resources reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
Identify skills gaps and support with recruitment training and development to build a skilled and capable workforce.
Analyse historical data trends and future projections to forecast staffing needs and identify potential workforce gaps.
Collaborate with various stakeholders including management HR and operational teams to understand their needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
THE PERSON
Minimum 3 years experience within the Hospitality Industry or high-volume scheduling experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with workforce management software and tools (Deputy knowledge desirable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to fostering relationships and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
