Coordination Specialist

Peraton sseks a Coordination Specialist to conduct Travel/Outreach/Strategic Engagement for the contract team supporting PACOM J6 MRTC Assessments.

Location: Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction) MD

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage the travel teams deployment calendar -- ensure teams travel authorization requests are completed IAW the Task Order
• Manage travel site access requests and schedule data calls
• Facilitate advance coordination with site SSOs for SCIF access (minimum 24 weeks lead time)
• Maintain the calendar for site visits and track action items from site visits
• Maintain a GPOC/stakeholder contact list

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS12 years.
• Prior J6 or communications staff experience at CCMD or Service component level
• Strong interpersonal and cross-organizational coordination skills
• Familiarity with USINDOPACOM AOR component command structures and OCONUS site access procedures
• Experience managing complex multi-site coordination across the Indo-Pacific theater
• U.S Citizenship required
• Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
