As a Cook youll prepare fresh high-quality food while helping create a great dining experience for guests traveling through the airport. Youll work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail teamwork and food safety are essential. • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and company standards.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature.
• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations.
• Properly store label and rotate food products.
• Assist with prepping ingredients and stocking workstations.
• Monitor food quality and report shortages or quality concerns to management.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and follow all safety procedures.
• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Complete opening closing and cleaning duties as assigned.

• Previous cooking food preparation or restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance.
• Availability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
• High School Diploma GED Required

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in hot kitchen environments and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ability to bend reach and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
