Join our team at The Rusty Spoke where great food and a welcoming atmosphere come together. Were looking for a skilled and motivated cook to bring their culinary expertise to our kitchen.

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to menu specifications ensuring consistency and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with food orders and stock rotation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to menu ideas and specials when needed.
• Handle prep work and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Manage and prioritize multiple orders during busy service times.

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar setting is required.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment food preparation and safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
