Dietary/Food CookPart Time $18-20/hrSUMMARYAssists in the food preparation and serving of meals to individuals receiving services maintains and cleans the kitchen and dining area and provides assistance in a manner that supports the personal dignity of the JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: Learns standard dietary practices and skills through active on-the-job training under more experienced all menu items using established departmental policies and presentation and preparation of all menu items adhere to established standards procedures and and maintains adequate food/supplies orders as appearance of all equipment and serving cleanliness of kitchen area on an on-going any hazardous conditions equipment accidents and incidents to to policy requiring the timely reporting of individual receiving services and/or employee injuries evidenced by his/her attendance at orientation and annual mandatory education complies with and promotes all rules regarding individuals independence choice and empowerment of individuals receiving services and treats individuals with dignity and other related duties and activities as RESPONSIBILITIESNone Knowledge and Skills required by the JobThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or abilities required to perform the job:Education and Experience: High School diploma or Licenses and Registrations:Serve Safe certification preferredOther Skills and Abilities: N/AOther Requirements: N/APhysical Requirements:Medium Work.
