Cook 1 | Part-Time | Iowa Cubs (Principal Park)

The Cook 1 is responsible for prep work and cooking hot food items in the Concession Stands according to product specifications. The position assists with set-up and dishes and responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with company/state specifications. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. Work schedule includes days nights weekends and holidays during the Iowa Cubs Baseball Season (March-September).This position requires work in all types of weather.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00 and is tip eligible.

Benefits as per the union agreement.

This position will remain open until October 2 2026.

• Prepares food in quantities as directed by the Concessions Manager or immediate supervisor.
• Compliant with health sanitation safety and employment regulations in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with set-up clean-up and close-out of the assigned concessions stand.
• Ensure proper storage of food products.
• Other duties as assigned supervisor or management.

• Previous experience as a Cook preferred.
• Ability to read food orders product labels and menus.
• Detail-oriented able to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines in a loud food production environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude with co-workers managers volunteers & guests.
• Requires a flexible schedule including working days nights weekends and holidays.
