Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked kitchen environment to facilitate efficient food preparation and service.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials contributing creative ideas and culinary expertise.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards by properly handling food ensuring correct storage and adhering to health regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly and assist with ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock for food preparation.
• Follow portion control guidelines and presentation specifications to ensure dishes are served as intended.
• Handle food storage and waste management responsibly to minimize waste and promote sustainability.
• Participate in training and mentoring new kitchen staff sharing knowledge and skills to enhance team performance.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations ensuring a safe working environment for all kitchen personnel.
