Responsibilities:
Convenience Store Supervisor candidates will begin their employment in our extensive hands-on Manager Training Program. Our paid training program allows candidates to further develop their leadership skills andretail and food serviceexpertise while also preparing them to fulfill aSupervisor-level position in our Convenience Stores. This position will be assigned to a Convenience Store location inour Rochester NY Market. The pay range for this position is a base pay of$55K - $75Kper yearwith the potential to earnanadditional$5K - $10K in bonuses depending on experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Upholding customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonics standards for quality
• Mastering team member responsibilities within your assigned department
• Working hands-on alongside the team members
• Training coaching and evaluating team members performance
• Ensuring that team members adhere to all safety regulations
• Addressing all customers in a positive enthusiastic and professional manner
• Maintaining cleanliness of the premises which includes sweeping mopping picking up trash cleaning restrooms removing snow and landscaping

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum ofthreeyears of leadership or management experience
• Must be able todemonstrateconsistent work experience
• Must have active listening problem solving empathy teamwork conflict resolution andstrong professionalverbal/written communication skills
• A passion for providing great customer service
• A courteous and professional demeanor
• Patience motivation and initiative to lead others
• Ability to stand walk and bend forlong periodsof time with or without accommodation
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight with or without accommodation
• Schedule flexibility to include mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to be able to transfer to any Rochester location due to the needs of Delta Sonic
• Effective June 1 2024 seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available. Year-round schedule availabilityis required tobe considered for employment
