Location: Germantown WI
Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM6:00 PM Alternative Work Schedule (AWS)
• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM6:30 AM Alternative Work Schedule (AWS)

Pay: $35.50/hour base applicable shift differential depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled Controls Automation & Electrical Technician to support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting maintaining and improving electrical controls and automation systems. This position will play an important role in ensuring equipment reliability production efficiency safety and continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs HMIs VFDs robotic systems and automated equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical wiring sensors instrumentation and control systems.
• Support automation upgrades equipment commissioning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate equipment and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure work complies with safety quality and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues.

• 2 years of experience in industrial automation controls electrical systems or a related manufacturing environment.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience; Allen-Bradley preferred.
• Experience with instrumentation electrical schematics and motion control.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-focused with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with Beckhoff Fanuc robotics or vision systems is a plus.
