As part of a global engineering team youll help design and deliver advanced high-voltage substation solutions that power communities industries and a more sustainable future. Youll work alongside talented professionals across multiple regions transforming customer requirements into innovative control and automation solutions while supporting projects from concept through implementation. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Lead engineering activities with internal and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Translate customer requirements into effective and innovative control system solutions.
- Drive design optimization initiatives focused on quality efficiency and cost improvement.
- Conduct and facilitate technical meetings with customers suppliers and project teams.
- Coordinate material orders fabrication activities and installation plans for control cabinets.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Develop and monitor quality measurements with external suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with IEEE NEC NEMA environmental and safety standards.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in controls automation or control cabinet design.
- Proficiency with CAD tools; E3 experience is a plus.
- Strong project management communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation.
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and site visits.
