What Youll Do... As a Controller youll serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership overseeing the companys financial performance accounting operations and internal controls. Youll lead budgeting financial reporting accounts payable and receivable inventory and asset tracking vendor relationships and compliance with federal state and local regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can analyze and communicate key financial metrics support strategic planning and operational initiatives collaborate closely with HR and department leaders and drive process improvements that support business growth. Youll also mentor and develop a small accounting team while fostering a positive collaborative culture built on accountability confidentiality and operational excellence.

- Active CPA license (required)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
- 510 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience including leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently manage priorities and drive results
- Experience supervising or mentoring accounting/finance staff
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
