Controller (Restaurant & Hospitality)

Job Type: Full-Time In-Person
Salary: $100000 - $125000 per year

As a Controller you will take the reins of our financial operations overseeing accounting systems for multiple restaurant locations.

• Lead & Mentor: Oversee and cultivate a high-performing accounting team built on trust and productivity.

• Drive Strategy: Provide comprehensive biweekly monthly and annual financial updates to senior management helping guide critical operational and growth decisions.

• Optimize Systems: Manage internal safeguards for revenue costs and budgets while ensuring our financial systems are running at peak efficiency.

• Compliance & Payroll: Streamline payroll processes and ensure multi-unit tax compliance across all local and national regulations.

What Were Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 5 years of professional accounting experience with a mandatory background in the multi-unit restaurant industry.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. A CPA certification is strongly preferred.

• Tech Savvy: Robust proficiency with restaurant-specific financial platformsspecifically Restaurant365 and Toast (highly preferred).

• Skills: Exceptional leadership financial analysis and communication skills with a proven ability to manage banking processes and revenue forecasting.
