Job Description

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable payroll fixed assets and financial reporting.
• Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Manage inventory accounting cost accounting standard costing job costing and variance analysis.
• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve financial visibility and costing accuracy.
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
• Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
• Support treasury activities cash forecasting banking relationships and financial compliance.
• Lead ERP administration system improvements and reporting enhancements.
• Develop KPIs and financial reporting tools that support business decisions.
• Mentor develop and lead the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• 1 years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing industrial or distribution accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
• CPA MBA ERP implementation experience and strong cost accounting experience are highly preferred.
