Job Title: Controller(Accounting Operations Financial Reporting & Internal Controls)Location: Golden Valley MNSchedule: Full-time flexible hours; on-site MondayFriday with on-call expectationsPosition SummaryThe Controller is responsible for managing all accounting operations and financial reporting functions ensuring accuracy compliance and strong internal financial controls across the role focuses on general ledger integrity financial reporting accounts payable/receivable oversight audit preparation and accounting compliance including coordination with payroll but not ownership of payroll operations Controller ensures financial data accuracy that supports CFO-level strategic ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations & Financial ReportingOversee accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and timely and accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial financial records in accordance with accounting standards and Controls & ComplianceEstablish and maintain internal accounting compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory external audits and prepare required Financial Reconciliation SupportReconcile payroll-related financial entries with accounting payroll expenses are accurately recorded in financial payroll audit documentation from a financial reporting Operations OversightCoordinate insurance tax reporting and financial documentation process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.5 years of accounting and financial management knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting with audits reconciliations and financial : CPA certification.
