Control4 Programmer Low Voltage Technician

• Install configure and commission residential & commercial automation systems
• Program and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems
• Perform advanced audio/video installations and calibrations
• Configure and troubleshoot residential & commercial networks
• Install and integrate surveillance LED lighting landscape lighting motorized shade systems and other third-party products
• Diagnose and resolve service issues independently in the field
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and installation standards

• 1-3 years experience in Control4 programming and system setup Control4 certification preferred
• At least 3 years experience installing calibrating whole house audio/video home theaters surround sound systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call service schedule
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Some travel required

• 3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring setup programming troubleshooting setup monitoring services (Honeywell DSC)
• 3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring design setup troubleshooting
• 3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling terminations testing
