What Youll Do:
- Install configure and commission residential & commercial automation systems
- Program and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems
- Perform advanced audio/video installations and calibrations
- Configure and troubleshoot residential & commercial networks
- Install and integrate surveillance LED lighting landscape lighting motorized shade systems and other third-party products
- Diagnose and resolve service issues independently in the field
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and installation standards
- 1-3 years experience in Control4 programming and system setup Control4 certification preferred
- At least 3 years experience installing calibrating whole house audio/video home theaters surround sound systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening
- Ability to participate in rotating on-call service schedule
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Some travel required
- 3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring setup programming troubleshooting setup monitoring services (Honeywell DSC)
- 3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring design setup troubleshooting
- 3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling terminations testing
