PID Control Controller Design Plant Modeling System Identification Real-System Deployment LQR MPC Kalman Filtering Python Control Systems Model Validation

We are seeking experienced Control Systems Engineers to support a project focused on real-world control systems and AI training. The role involves designing modeling implementing and validating controllers for physical systems.

• Design and tune PID and advanced controllers such as LQR MPC and Kalman filters.
• Develop and validate plant models using first-principles and empirical data.
• Implement and test control algorithms using Python and relevant control libraries.
• Deploy and validate controllers on real-world hardware.
• Analyze system performance and optimize control strategies.
• Document technical decisions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• Bachelors degree or higher in Control Electrical Mechanical Mechatronics or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5 years of hands-on controller design experience.
• Proven experience deploying controllers on real physical systems.
• Strong knowledge of plant modeling system identification and control theory.
• Proficiency in Python and control-system development.
• Experience with PID and at least one modern control method such as LQR MPC or Kalman filtering.
• Strong technical communication skills.
• Experience with CasADi do-mpc Modelica ROS embedded C/C or nonlinear/robust control is a plus.
