Job Summary
The Control Room Supervisor oversees automation system performance through master HMI.
Responsibilities
Monitor system alarms and equipment status
Coordinate responses with floor technicians
Maintain system utilization and troubleshoot order flow
Plans the daily work schedule
Ensures shipments/deliveries to meet shipping & on-time delivery goals through proper allocation of manpower.
Monitors daily productivity and safe working practices.
Helps manage the workload and work distribution to meet goals.
Coordinates and plans employee training development performance management and corrective action.
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must have 2 years of prior work experience with automation control room experience or distribution
- Have prior work experience in a leadership position and in a multi-shift warehouse/distribution or manufacturing environment
- Have WMS/WCS system knowledge
