Job Title: Contracts Specialist

Job Location: Melville NY (100% onsite)

Salary: $75000-$100000/yr DOE

• Review proposed contracts to ensure that the price delivery schedule specifications terms and conditions are consistent with the quotation submitted.
• Maintain and reconcile backlogs bookings and sales reports.
• Maintain Salesforce reconciling to bookings reports.
• Maintain customer supplier and sales rep database in ERP system.
• Maintain and monitor customer supplier portals updating annuals Certs and Reps invoicing obtaining new purchase orders and requests for quotations.
• Assist with close-out of contracts including the final billing and retentions or disposition of customer furnished material. Makes final review and submission of required forms to ensure that all requirements
• Routinely interfaces with other business functions to assist with license requirements planning and addresses daily operations issues/questions
• Process all export shipping documents at time of shipment to ensure compliance; customs invoice review packing lists create shippers Letter of with freight forwarders/customers to arrange the shipment. Coordinate pickup dates to meet our monthly sales requirements.
• Supports FSO with visitor request processing. Screen names in Visual Compliance update visitor log and report findings for final FSO approval.

• 5 years contracts admin experience in defense manufacturing
• Familiarity of FAR and DFAR regulations and of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation)
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• CostPoint and Salesforce experience a plus
