Job Description:

As a Sourcing Manager - Legal Support you will be responsible for maintaining vendor management and contracting services and directly interacting with internal legal risk finance and business partners Corporate Vendor Management (CVM) in the delivery of vendor management and contract services while regularly assigned staff are on leave. The Sourcing Manager will also assist in the preparation of business forms and agreements and other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of vendor management system and processes; experience with Ariba and Tableau is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract law and risk requirements
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; can communicate with all staff levels including senior management
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in category management expertise strategic sourcing consulting vendor management risk management and/or procurement (required).
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated judgment to evaluate risks costs and benefits.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
