Overview
We are seeking a Contracts Lead to manage and support the lifecycle of service and procurement contracts. This role is open to candidates across junior to senior levels and focuses on enabling efficient and compliant purchasing and contract administration processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills capable of working with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure business value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of service and procurement agreements including creation updates amendments and renewals.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with suppliers ensuring alignment with business goals and risk mitigation.
  • Support the procure-to-pay (PtP) process ensuring compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
  • Monitor supplier performance resolve issues and ensure contract compliance and utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely placement of purchase orders and accurate payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts purchase orders and service entries using systems such as SAP or similar.
  • Track contract spend expiration dates and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between contractors and company representatives to resolve operational or payment issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies within the contract portfolio.
  • Support audits reporting and compliance with safety financial and operational standards.

Functional Skills:

  • Understanding of PtP processes and procurement systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience in contract negotiation and administration
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. OIMS CIMS)
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management practices is a plus


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in procurement contract administration or supply chain roles
  • Exposure to field operations or industrial environments
  • Experience working with service contractors or vendors
  • Familiarity with corporate controls and reporting standards
  • Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams
