About the Role:

The Contracts Consultant coordinates the execution of new and existing contracts between the company and its business partners (Government and non-Government contracts).

What You Will Do:

• Reviews and leads contract execution on products premium and exposure limits; notifying government and commercial parties of contract terminations renewals and re-instatements.
• Preparing bids negotiating specifications and contractual provisions regarding compensation plans and business targets.
• Ensures execution of order to delivery standard work process to meet complex contractual requirements.
• Recommends solutions to ensure alignment to adhere to medium complexity contractual obligations.

• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
• Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.
