Contracting and Onboarding Specialist

Garity Advantage Agency is a fast-paced growing insurance marketing organization conveniently located off Route 3 on the Norwell/Rockland border. We are seeking a collaborative detail-oriented professional to join our team and help elevate our Customer Service function as we continue to scale.

The Contracting & Onboarding Specialist is an exciting entry-level opportunity at Garity Advantage. This role plays a key part in supporting agents through the contracting certification and onboarding processes.

Working closely with internal sales teams healthcare carriers and agents this individual ensures a smooth and successful onboarding experience from introduction through first sale. The ideal candidate is highly organized adaptable customer-focused and thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

• Assist agents with questions related to contracting and certification processes
• Proactively reach out to agents regarding contract status and provide support to ensure completion
• Maintain carrier-specific contracting and certification procedures
• Update and manage agent records in the CRM system
• Track submitted contracts and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Review and update carrier contracting and certification reports
• Support the Sales team with onboarding new agents and agencies
• Identify opportunities to improve processes for growth and scalability
• Guide agents from initial onboarding through their first successful sale

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) internet-based systems and CRM platforms (e.g. SmartOffice)
• Ability to travel to agent and company events as needed

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous administrative customer service or insurance-related experience is a plus but not required
